the australian gov gives homeless people some fund....
lets take it this way.....
create a charging ports in public places where people can charge phones...."for homeless people"
now they need a phone, what aus gov can do is giv everyone a smart phone that can have this app called feed homeless.
now, this app will be connected to all restaurants in nationwide which will send alerts when there is leftovers....
yes i worked in kitchen"restaurnat" for 5 years and i know that there is always leftovers....
now what we can do is have a website where all the restaurant can log in and say we have food leftover...
this alert will go to homeless peoples phone given by aus gov... and they can pick up for free....
this will do 2 things
firstly reduce food wastage
2nd feed the hungry homeless people that are begging....
i know homeless people also smoke ciggerettes alot .... we can also make a non harmful e-ciggerettes for them that can be charged in those ports .... this will slowly remove their smoking habit.... they also have food.... and i recently saw people having a cloth cleaning for homeless people....
now homeless people are not hungry not in drugs and got clean clothes....
the final step is to promote them is work in gov sectors such as cleaning platforms etc....
this will remove homelessness completely and make australia look homeless free...
yes, if we provide a card to homeless people that they can rent room or houses in 20-30% cheaper amount they will be motivated so we have more people actively contributing to the society....
and yes i dont wanna stay quiet .....
i have totally darkside and totally fair side ..... like a yin yang,,,,,
